Thank you for your trust and support. As our services and products are deeply rooted in Taoist religious practices and often customized for individual needs, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Digital Services (e.g., Talisman Blessings, Taoist Rituals)

All digital services such as custom talisman blessings or ritual ceremonies are personalized spiritual practices. Once an order is placed, we begin the process of preparation and performance by our ordained Taoist practitioners. For this reason, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted once the order is confirmed.
We guarantee that every service is conducted sincerely and in accordance with authentic Taoist rituals to bring you peace, protection, and spiritual alignment.

2. Consecrated Physical Items (e.g., Blessed Talismans, Spiritual Objects)

Items that have been consecrated or ritually blessed hold spiritual significance and cannot be returned or refunded. These items are considered unique and cannot be resold or reused for other purposes.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to offer a replacement or suitable solution.

3. Non-consecrated Physical Products

If the item you purchased has not been blessed or consecrated, and is still in unused, original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it is in its original condition.
